Every Arya Roots item is printed on demand with our own original designs and made especially for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection or personal preference.
When we offer a replacement or refund
We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund if your item:
- arrived damaged or with a printing defect,
- has a manufacturing defect, or
- is different from what you ordered (wrong product, size, color or design).
How to request a replacement or refund
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@aryaroots.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
- Once we review your request, we will send a replacement or refund you at no cost. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering; we cannot be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
