Here is what happens after you place your order — from the moment we start making it to the moment it reaches your door.
1. We make your piece
Every Arya Roots item is printed to order, just for you. Production usually takes a few business days. During busy seasons, such as holidays and Nowruz, it may take a little longer.
2. We ship it
As soon as your order leaves our production partner, we send you an email with a tracking number. If you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate packages — that is completely normal.
3. It travels to you
Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You will see the estimated delivery time and cost before you pay. Orders over $500 ship free.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your package. Tracking can take a day or two to update after the label is created, so do not worry if it looks quiet at first.
If your package is late or missing
- Check the tracking link and make sure the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Ask your neighbors or building reception — packages sometimes go to the wrong door.
- Still nothing? Email us at info@aryaroots.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
Customs and duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by local customs and are paid by the recipient.
